Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationLead full-cycle implementations of IBM Planning Analytics/TM1Design multidimensional models, business rules, and calculationsDevelop TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for ETL and automationBuild complex rules, feeders, and consolidationsDeliver Planning Analytics Workspace (PAW) and TM1 Web applicationsClient Engagement & LeadershipAct as the main technical and functional contact for clientsConduct workshops and translate business needs into solutionsPresent solution designs to client leadershipMentor junior consultants and oversee project deliverablesTechnical ExpertiseOptimize performance via cube restructuring and rule tuningImplement security (dimension, cell, process)Integrate TM1 with ERP, data warehouses, and cloud appsBuild custom reports using TM1 tools, Excel, and PAWTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesBusiness Analysis & AdvisoryAnalyze business processes and recommend improvementsDesign solutions for consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingSupport change management and user adoptionProvide thought leadership on EPM trends and Planning Analytics roadmapRequired QualificationsExperience6–10 years of hands-on IBM TM1/Planning Analytics experience4–5 full lifecycle implementationsIndustry experience in Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, etc.Experience with both on-premise and cloud deploymentsTechnical SkillsExpert in TM1 architecture, cube design, and dimension modelingAdvanced TI scripting and rule writingStrong experience with PAW and TM1 WebProficient in ETL and data integration best practicesFamiliar with TM1 REST API and Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE)Solid understanding of SQL and data modelingFunctional SkillsDeep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidationExperience with management reporting, variance analysis, and KPIsUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial statementsAbility to align technical solutions with business needsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership and mentoring experienceClient-facing consulting experienceAbility to work independently and lead distributed teamsPreferred QualificationsIBM Planning Analytics certificationExperience with other EPM tools (Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Board)Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other programming languagesFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologiesMBA, CPA, or relevant advanced degreeWillingness to travel up to 40%EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
