Job descriptionJob Description – Senior Revenue Operations (Individual Contributor)Location: Mexico City (CDMX) or São Paulo (Brazil)Work mode: Hybrid / On-site preferredReporting to: CEOType: Full-time | Individual Contributor (no team management)Rate: 5.000 USDRole OverviewWe are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Individual Contributor to own and operate the commercial execution layer of the company.This role will not manage a team and is designed for a senior professional who can operate with high autonomy. The person in this role cannot depend on the CEO for day-to-day decision-making and is expected to independently identify problems, propose solutions, and execute.The role acts as a service function across Sales, CAMs, Sellers/Partners and Leadership, translating commercial strategy into daily execution, processes, systems and measurable outcomes.This role must be based in CDMX or São Paulo. Proximity to commercial teams and operations is critical.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & Sales OperationsDesign, operate and continuously optimize the commercial pipelineDefine deal stages and workflows by deal type (direct sales, sellers, partnerships)Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and implement solutions independentlyImprove sales velocity, activation and retention through process clarity and executionSales Enablement & Operational SupportCreate and maintain:WhatsApp and outreach scriptscall structures and follow-up flowsoperational playbooks for Sales and KAMsStandardize best practices and operational knowledgeEnsure teams have clear guidance on what to sell, how to sell and how to follow upCross-functional Service RoleProvide operational support to:Sales teamKAMsSellers / partnersAlign commercial promises with operational realityTranslate field feedback into actionable insights for Product and LeadershipAct as the operational reference point for revenue executionData, Metrics & PerformanceDefine and track actionable KPIs (conversion, sales cycle, activation, usage)Build and maintain dashboards and reportingLead weekly reviews with clear, data-driven insightsProactively flag what is not working and implement corrective actionsDecision-Making & Autonomy (Critical Requirement)This role requires high autonomy and independent judgment.The ideal candidate:Does not rely on the CEO to make operational decisionsIs comfortable making informed decisions with incomplete informationEscalates strategically, not operationallyOwns outcomes end-to-endCandidates who require constant validation or close supervision will not be a fit.HubSpot – Mandatory RequirementThis role requires advanced, hands-on expertise in HubSpot.The candidate must be able to:Configure and manage complex pipelinesBuild and maintain workflows and automationsDesign and manage dashboards and reportsCreate and manage custom properties and data structuresUse HubSpot as the core operating system for RevenueHubSpot proficiency is non-negotiable.Ideal ProfileExperience7–10 years in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / GTM OperationsExperience in SaaS, marketplaces or hybrid business modelsPrior experience as the sole owner of Revenue or Sales OperationsExperience operating in fast-paced, evolving environmentsWorking StyleStrong hands-on mentalityHigh ownership and accountabilityComfortable supporting multiple teams without formal authorityDirect, pragmatic and execution-focusedAble to operate without babysitting or micromanagementRed FlagsSeeking to build or manage a team in the short termDependence on leadership for operational decisionsOverly corporate or process-heavy mindsetDiscomfort operating in ambiguityNot based in CDMX or São Paulo
