Este rol es clave para que los analistas e insights se dediquen a analizar, mientras tú aseguras el orden, el calendario, la ejecución, los proveedores, el presupuesto y los repositorios.📌 Responsabilidades Clave Coordinar el ciclo completo de estudios cuanti & cuali (internos + agencias).Cargar, programar y monitorear encuestas (tasas de respuesta, muestra, calidad).Asegurar calidad operativa del campo: lógicas, bases, inconsistencias, codificación.Mantener actualizado el repositorio de estudios + plantillas + briefs.Control de budget + POs + facturación + proveedores.Gestionar el tráfico de solicitudes desde CMO, Brand, Producto, países.Monitorear deadlines, SLAs y comunicar avances.Coordinar con BI/Data para integraciones básicas de bases (no análisis profundo).🧩 Requisitos 1–3 años en: investigación de mercados, operaciones de marketing, traffic o data.Experiencia en carga y administración de encuestas online (cualquier herramienta).Excel intermedio y manejo de bases.Familiaridad con metodologías cuantitativas/ cualitativas.PLUS, no obligatorio:BI / dashboards / integracionesProcesos administrativos (POs, facturas, procurement)🎯 Habilidades que buscamosUltra organizado/a + seguimiento + cero chaos.Ama los deadlines.Obsesión por orden documental.Capaz de escalar riesgos antes de incendios 🔥Comunicación clara con múltiples stakeholders.NOTA: Asegurate que tu perfil y/o CV estén actualizados.
