The Operations Coordinator is a hands-on, support-focused role that serves as the administrative and operational backbone o fthe Team. This is not a management position. The ideal candidate will support daily property management operations by maintaining organized systems, assisting with maintenance workflows, tracking reports, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring tasks are followed through across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced property management environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with creating and maintaining SOPs, workflows, and internal documentationKeep shared drives, templates, and operational files organized and up to datePrepare meeting agendas, take notes, document decisions, and track follow-upsSupport onboarding by preparing training materials and documentationConduct accuracy audits in the property management system (leases, work orders, owner and tenant records)Maintenance & Workflow Support (Primary Focus)Assist with work order scheduling, vendor communication, and follow-upsUpdate work order statuses daily with accurate notes and timestampsTrack maintenance timelines, turns, and aging work ordersSupport inspections, preventive maintenance, and vendor coordinationAct as backup support during maintenance workload spikesFlag delays, access issues, or missing information for reviewReporting & KPI SupportPrepare and maintain weekly operational and KPI reportsTrack task completion, documentation accuracy, and follow-throughSupport data accuracy across maintenance, leasing, and operationsMarketing & Systems SupportAssist with scheduling social media and marketing contentPrepare basic marketing materials and graphics as neededSupport marketing campaigns and track engagementMaintain brand-aligned templates and content librariesAssist with CRM and system workflows (LeadSimple or similar preferred)Administrative & Cross-Team CoordinationSupport weekly priorities and internal communicationsHelp coordinate tasks across leasing, maintenance, resident services, and bookkeepingMaintain communication logs and ensure updates are documentedFollow up internally to ensure tasks are completed on timeRequirementsExperience & SkillsProperty management experience strongly preferredFamiliarity with maintenance workflows and vendor coordinationExperience with property management CRMs (LeadSimple preferred)Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skillsComfortable supporting both systems and day-to-day operationsEnglish fluency required; bilingual is a plusDetail-oriented, proactive, and support-focusedComfortable wearing multiple hatsHands-on contributor who enjoys execution and follow-throughRole DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ETCompensation: $12–$15/hour (depending on experience)Location: Remote
