We handle everything from strategy to execution for our clients, and we need a creative designer who can keep up with the fast pace of e-commerce marketing.What You'll Do:Design scroll-stopping social media creatives (Instagram, TikTok, Meta ads) using Figma and Canva (advanced level proficiency)Create carousel posts, ad concepts, and motion graphics that drive conversionsAdapt trending formats to fit client branding (think: how Hims, Liquid Death, or Glossier approach creative)Use modern tools and AI to speed up workflow and stay efficientWork directly with our content team. You'll get copy + rough concepts, then make them beautiful and on-brandMove fast: e-commerce requires quick turnarounds and sometimes same-day pivotsRequirements:3+ years of experience designing for social media, advertising, or ecommerce brandsFluent English (written and verbal)Portfolio demonstrating modern DTC/ecommerce aestheticExperience with Meta/Instagram ad formats and understanding of what drives performanceComfortable using AI tools and modern design workflowsAbility to work independently with minimal art directionStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a small team environmentOverlap with US time zones (ET or CT preferred)You're the Right Fit If:Your portfolio reflects modern DTC brand aestheticsYou understand what makes ads perform, not just look prettyYou can take brand guidelines and execute independentlyYou proactively identify trends and suggest applications for clientsYou communicate clearly, ask questions when needed, and incorporate feedback constructivelyYou thrive in a collaborative environment where ideas are refined through teamworkThis Role Is Not For:Designers who require extensive art direction on every projectFreelancers managing multiple clients simultaneouslyThose early in their design career still building their portfolioRole Details:Full-time (30-40 hours/week)Remote (Latin America or North America)Compensation: Competitive compensation based on experienceImmediate startTo Apply: Please submit the following:Your portfolio link (applications without portfolios will not be reviewed)Answer: "What's one ecommerce brand whose creative you admire, and why?"Describe a time you received critical feedback on a design and how you approached it1-2 examples from your portfolio showing social media or ad design workWe review applications on a rolling basis and move quickly with strong candidates.
