¿Que harás?

Procurar en base a los lineamientos de la compañía los materiales y servicios directamente relacionados a procesos productivos. 

¿Cómo lo harás?

  • Abastecer de materias primas para producción para dar cumplimiento a las necesidades de los clientes. 

  • Solucionar problemas para proveer un servicio excelente al cliente: MRB (material de no conformidad), calidad, inventario, PPV, AP, cambios de ingeniería, etc.  

  • Interpretar MRP (Material Replenishment plan) y ejecución de órdenes de compra. 

  • Analizar Demandas e Inventarios. 

 

¿Qué buscamos?  

  • Ingeniaría, Lic. En Administración, Lic.  en Comercio Exterior, Lic. en Contabilidad, o carrera afín. 

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en el área compras de materia prima o 3 meses de prueba en el área dentro de la planta. 

  • En procesos sobre compra de materias primas. 

  • Solución de problemas para proveer un servicio excelente al cliente: MRB (material de no conformidad), calidad, inventario, PPV, AP, cambios de ingeniería, etc.  

  • MRP (Material Replenishment plan). 

  • Demandas e Inventarios. 

  • Dominio de sistemas ERP. 

  • Preferente conocimiento en CPIM (APICS).  

  • Habilidades de Trabajo en equipo, Liderazgo, Solución de Problemas 

  • Habilidades de Ejecución de planes. 

  • Habilidades de Motivación. 

  • Habilidades de Comunicación 

  • Organización y planeación. 

  • Comunicación efectiva, oral y escrita. 

  • Gusto por los retos y el trabajo bajo presión. 

  • Conocimientos de sistemas de gestión de compras. 

  • Conocimiento de ISO 9001. 

  • Experiencia en negociación con proveedores. 

  • Manejo de componentes de la Industria Electrónica. 

  • Establecer programas y calendarios de compras. 

  • Habilidad para anticiparse a los hechos y concretar su trabajo. 

  • Ingles Intermedio. 

  • Windows Office Word, Excel, Power Point.
