About the role
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for connecting business with healthcare professionals (dentists, general practitioners, pediatricians) through various digital channels, driving condition and brand awareness to expand Haleon brands reach and increase conversions through HCPs recommendations. Implementing the communication plan for the targeted audience across its various contact channels. Constantly investigating and evaluating new channels and possible innovations for the area to support strategic planning and decision making is also an important responsibility for the Digital Marketing Analyst.
Key responsibilities
Execution of the digital communication plan of the Expert Marketing area
Customization and integration of the plan in its different digital channels (Portal, Social Media, CRM)
Planning, development of parts, internal approval, follow-up of posts in all digital channels
Working with the desgin area/ agencies in the adaptation of Global content or in the creation of local content
Evaluate the main performance metrics defined, analyze the results and propose actions to enhance, improve or correct the strategy.
Planning and financial control of the budget allocated to the initiatives under your responsibility.
Alignment with peer teams, such as brand marketing and approval areas
Qualifications and skills
Essential
·2-3 years of experience in developing advertising or communication for Healthcare professionals·Strong knowledge and experience in managing Digital Channels·Strategic thinking and data analytics·Advanced Office Package Skills ·Advanced English level requiredPreferred
