We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Pega Developer

Responsibilities

 Lead the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions to meet business requirements.

 Oversee the development and deployment of Pega applications ensuring high performance and reliability.

 Provide technical expertise in Pega Reporting to generate insightful and actionable business reports.

 Ensure seamless integration of Pega Platform with existing systems and data sources.

 Develop and maintain Pega applications focusing on scalability and maintainability.

 Enhance user experience by designing intuitive and efficient Pega interfaces.

 Implement Pega Mobility solutions to support mobile access and functionality.

 Manage Pega Case Management processes to streamline business workflows.

 Utilize PEGA Decision Hub to drive data-driven decision-making processes.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

 Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.

 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications and integrations.

 Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

 Possess a strong background in Pega Reporting Pega Platform and Pega Application Development.

 Demonstrate expertise in Pega Data and Integration to ensure seamless data flow.

 Have experience in designing user-friendly Pega User Experience interfaces.

 Show proficiency in implementing Pega Mobility solutions.

 Exhibit knowledge in managing Pega Case Management processes.

 Utilize PEGA Decision Hub for effective decision-making.

 Nice to have experience in Order Planning and Communication domain.

 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

 Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

 Commitment to staying updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

 Proven track record of successful Pega project implementations.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
