Job DescriptionAs a Finance Manager at Johnson Controls, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. You will manage a team, drive financial planning and analysis, and support decision-making processes to enhance organizational performance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring effective performance management and professional development.Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.Implement and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive business improvements.Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and support operational needs.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.Join Johnson Controls and be part of a global company that values diversity and fosters professional growth.
