About The Role

We are seeking a passionate professional with strong technical skills and experience in implementing security solutions in complex enterprise environments. Your contributions are essential for maintaining a secure and efficient AWS cloud environment while meeting critical security standards
We are looking for someone outstanding that has
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in SecOps.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as ****EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch.
- Knowledge with ISO 27001 standard and experience implementing and managing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
- Proficiency and a strong background in information security, including principles, risk management, and incident response.
- Previous experience in information security or operational security roles.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networks, and security protocols.
- Experience in implementing and managing security tools such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience in analyzing logs and security events using tools like Datadog, Sentry, or similar.
- Implement and maintain tools and processes for operational security to monitor, detect, and proactively respond to security threats.
- Collaborate in the configuration and management of intrusion prevention systems (IPS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures for operational security to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.
- Track and maintain controls, policies, and evidence to comply with ISO 27001 requirements.
- Participate in the investigation and analysis of security incidents, taking corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security analysis on systems and applications.
- Collaborate closely with development, operations, and compliance teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle and operations.
- Configure and manage cloud security environments using AWS services, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
- Experience with Microservices and Serverless Architectures.
- Experience with IaC like Terraform.
- Familiarity with other Cloud providers.
- Experience working on a Fintech or Startups.
- AWS Certifications.
