Mercer is looking for a skilled and motivated Campaign Execution Manager with expertise in marketing automation tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, Pardot, etc. This role will be based in our Mexico City office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Utilize marketing automation tools to execute email campaigns, lead nurturing, A/B testing, reporting, and more.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness, suggest improvements, and share best practices.
  • Optimize campaign processes, review project intake, and ensure timely execution.
  • Assign tasks to team members, review work, and manage webinars effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Project management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of statistics.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with technical programs like Adobe Analytics and HTML.
