We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Business Analyst

What you'll do:

  • Establishes relationships with key business players and take part on strategic challenges solutions
  • Partners with the business team to own specific initiatives of the business transformation plan and value/benefit realization activities for the function or sector
  • Manages specific business partner relationships and as part of the IT Leads team is accountable for all aspects of digital and technology transformations integrating design, delivery and support for business function, sector or region
  • Owns specific sections related to a specific business function of the end-to-end solution agenda from ideation to execution under an agile model
  • Helps to market and communicate solution recommendations to business partners that enable business requirements.
    • Collaborate on the capture of critical capability gaps of specific business area(s) and works with appropriate teams to design solutions to fill those gaps
  • Together with the IT Leads team identifies, assesses, and promotes the use of new technologies and digital trends for increased productivity or new capabilities for the business

Preferred experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • +3 years of experience as Business Analyst
  • Experience in Agile Methodology/BA writing IT requirements
  • Experience using Jira
