We will count on you to:
- Follow up japanese client renewals.
- Prospecting for new clients.
- Support and contribute to the strategic selling process including participating in finalist meetings and other sales presentations as the subject matter expert
- Portfolio Renewal Process.
- Oversee implementation of large appointments,
- Ensure client satisfaction with underlying ongoing services, which will include ensuring local services are delivered in accordance with mandates
- Interface directly with senior-level client managers as the point of contact for client deliverables and communications required under a appointment
What you need to have:
- Native Japanese
- Fluent Spanish
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in consulting or sales environment
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in customer service and customer support
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Availability to travel to nearby locations
