Succes Manager

Objetivo:

Analizar el desempeño de las campañas de todos los formatos digitales de Walmart Media Group y de evaluar las tendencias del desempeño en curs, así como de informar a AdOps y Ventas riesgos potenciales de las campañas, así como decisiones estratégicas que ayuden a cumplir los objetivos de las campañas.

Responsabilidades:

  • Verificar que las estrategias están entregando y midiendo correctamente de acuerdo a los planes de medios negociados mediante el uso de herramientas de análisis para asegurar el desempeño de las campañas con respecto a lo planeado y cumplir las promesas con los clientes.
  • Generar recomendaciones que mejoren el desempeño de las campañas, mediante análisis que demuestren las áreas de optimización posibles a través de metodologías estadísticas y probabilísticas, con la finalidad de mejorar los resultados planeados.
  • Identificar riesgos potenciales que no permitan cumplir los objetivos negociados en cada campaña mediante herramientas de análisis con la finalidad de evitar resultados negativos.
  • Diseñar estrategias que permitan capitalizar el conocimiento aprendido de cada campaña para generar Insights (aprendizajes) a través de reportes y audiencias guardadas en cada plataformas para beneficiar futuras campañas y permitan mejorar los resultados.

Perfil:

  • Lic. En Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial o Administración de Negocios.
  • Experiencia de 4 a 6 años en algún puesto similar.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Certificado en Google Analytics, manejo de base de datos, Excel avanzado.
  • Inglés avanzado.
