Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para entender los requisitos del software y diseñar casos de prueba adecuados.
Configurar y mantener entornos de prueba para simular escenarios de producción.
Identificar y reportar defectos de manera clara y concisa, utilizando herramientas de seguimiento de problemas.
Automatizar pruebas repetitivas y críticas para optimizar el proceso de QA.
Participar en revisiones de código para garantizar estándares de calidad.
Investigar y adoptar nuevas herramientas y metodologías de prueba según sea necesario para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad del equipo de QA.
Skills
Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de QA como Selenium, JIRA, Client Quality Center, entre otras.
Experiencia en pruebas funcionales, de rendimiento, de carga y de seguridad.
Familiaridad con estándares y regulaciones de la industria automotriz (ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.).
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto con desarrolladores como con otros miembros del equipo de QA.
Conocimiento práctico de metodologías ágiles, como Scrum o Kanban.
Requerimientos
Escolaridad:
Título universitario en Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas o carrera afín.
Certificaciones en QA y pruebas de software son una ventaja.
Idiomas:
Inglés avanzado
Años de experiencia: 0 - 2 AÑOS JR, - 4 AÑOS MID, - AÑOS SR
Habilidades blandas:
Comunincación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, adaptabilidad, pensamiento crítico, gestión del tiempo y organización, creatividad, habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera efectiva.
