- 5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical or architectural drafting
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in geometry, trigonometry, and algebra
- working knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines and various building materials
- Strong understanding of residential design and construction practices and procedures
- Light gauge steel constructions experience is a plus
- Knowledge of CNC codes.CSV is a plus
- Design experience of California, Texas, single Family, Multifamily home is a plus Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capable of mentoring others
- Capable of verifying work of others EXPERIENCE IN REVIT IS A MUST
