Job Description

Main Purpose of the Position:

Ensure the safety and well-being of everyone within the premises. Protect the company's employees and assets.

Roles & Duties:

  • Secure the premises and individuals through regular patrols and inspections.
  • Maintain equipment functionality by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and reporting malfunctions.
  • Prevent losses and damages by identifying irregularities and enforcing security policies.
  • Document observations, incidents, and surveillance activities.
  • Uphold the organization's reputation by adhering to legal requirements.
  • Conduct surveillance to identify and report any suspicious behavior or potential risks.
  • Support the company as needed.
  • Follow established procedures for fire prevention, property patrol, and incident response.
  • Ensure all entry points are secure to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Perform random security checks on personnel and vehicles.
  • Escort individuals within the premises when required.
  • Manage access to assets and maintain key control.
  • Verify credentials of employees and visitors for building access.
  • Assist individuals with their concerns and escalate emergencies to authorities if necessary.
  • Inspect buildings to ensure security measures are in place.
  • Direct traffic and comply with regulations.
  • Protect company assets from theft, fire, and other risks.
  • Respond to emergencies and follow security protocols.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and damages promptly.
  • Control badge issuance and register visitors.
  • Monitor surveillance systems for any unusual activities.
  • Use security equipment effectively.
  • Comply with company standards and report any incidents.
  • Identify and address security threats.
