6. Creación de escenarios de pruebas de desarrollo , configuración, integración y de usuario (SIT). 7-Apoyar en la resolucion de issues durante la ejecucion del UAT
7. Ejecutar las acciones derivadas de la estrategia local/regional/global de Sistemas, fungiendo como contacto ante la región para el desarrollo de proyectos asignados.
9. Identificar / recomendar / implementar cambios de proceso para impulsar mejoras en los procesos operativos.
10. Gestión de incidentes y problemas de soporte a través del sistema tickets. 11. Participar en el analisis de requerimientos y workshop 12. Manejo de infraestructura (RF,Impresoras Zebra/Laser)
13. Manejo de comandos/algoritmos en JDA/BY
14. Manejo de pantallas/menus customizados.
15. Entendimiento de Canales de Comunicación [AS2, sFTP]
16. Manejo BY GUI /Client
17. Manejo de Metodologias QA y Project Managment 18. Dar soporte técnico de EDI/API para las soluciones de cliente y proveedores.
19. Participación activa en mapeos logicos y de proroces de las diferentes soluciones
20. Trabajar con Customer Solutions para el desarrollo de las plataformas de visibilidad al cliente. 12. Uso de qrys (SQL-ORACLE) deseable MOCA , uso Lexedit
21. Colaborar con el diseño de reportes para los clientes, como ejemplo: KPI ́s operativos y financieros.
Tus habilidades y experencias
Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Informatica o carrera a fin
Experiencia en un puesto similar mínima de 3 años
