Right now, we are looking for a ODM Specialist to join our team at Globant

You will get the chance to:

  • Mentor and lead others to deliver high quality, cost-effective technology solutions to business partners by crafting new software applications or modifying and/or supporting existing packaged or custom-built applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with IBM ODM best practices and industry trends.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

What would help you succeed:

  • Experience in design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications and decision services using IBM ODM.
  • Experience in Java 8
  • Being capable of collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand business rules and requirements.
  • Experience in translating business rules into decision tables, rule flows, and decision trees within IBM ODM.
  • Experience in implementing and integrating IBM ODM solutions with existing systems and databases.
  • Being capable of troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring high system availability and performance.
  • Advanced English (B2+)
