What You Will Do (Job Duties)
- Responsible for ERP and AX/MAPICS systems to manage product requirements effectively.
- Coordinate preparation of customer orders to ensure on-time shipment.
- Identify demand variations and establish safety stock strategies.
- Maintain material flow and ensure OTD above 96%.
- Work closely with various departments to ensure high customer service levels.
- Ensure plant productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate daily with Production Supervisors to adjust inventory or manufacturing plans.
- Primary contact between supply chain and manufacturing to meet customer demand.
- Provide solutions and information requirements for the ERP system.
- Facilitate communication between departments with supply constraints.
- Delegate activities to planners and expediters to achieve production plans.
- Manage semi-finished products and inventory levels effectively.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Analyze Raw Materials, Purchased Parts, and Equipment Required in Manufacturing.
- Plan deliveries based on forecasts and market conditions.
- Review bills of materials for compliance with company standards.
- Request materials from Purchasing Department timely.
- Expedite delayed purchases as needed.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Need
- Career in Administration or Engineering.
- 5+ years experience in similar positions.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience with Production Planning Systems and MRP.
- System knowledge: AX/ERP.
- APICS Desired - Intermediate/Basic.
- Proficient in Office package and Application Programs.
- Experience with various systems like SAP, Oracle, BPCS.
- Analytical and skilled in Project Management.
- Effective communication and teamwork.
- Results-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented with Emotional Intelligence.
