Job Description



You will be joining the Customer Outcomes team, which aims to accelerate the adoption of platforms and enhance customer results. This is achieved through a range of services provided by exceptional consultants, utilizing our network of partners, established practices, methodologies, and tools developed from extensive experience in thousands of customer interactions.

What you will be doing in this role:

The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect assumes a technical advisory position, responsible for assisting customers in establishing a solid technical base on the ServiceNow Platform and devising solutions to enhance outcomes. The Senior Platform Architect ensures that customers apply leading practices concerning instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the overall technical well-being of the platform. This role involves providing guidance to ServiceNow, partners, and customer personnel within the engagement team to develop a solution based on a technical architecture geared towards long-term success.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders within the customer organization, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams, throughout the sales, structuring, and implementation phases of solutions.
  • Utilize your technical expertise across multiple projects to steer customers, partners, and internal team members towards successful customer solutions.
  • Offer diverse knowledge across numerous workflows.
  • Establish relationships with technical and business leaders at the customer's location to comprehend the role of ServiceNow in their vision for digital transformation.
  • Translate objectives into outcomes to create a customer-focused roadmap.
  • Convert business details and technical requirements into an architectural plan to achieve intricate objectives.
  • Engage with the customer's Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard platform for digital transformation, seamlessly integrated with the customer's core applications.
  • Oversee technical governance, delivery operating model, and governance.
  • Maintain instance health by collaborating with the engagement team to minimize technical debt and align with ServiceNow's best practices.
  • Support the sales effort by defining the scope and estimating the engagement and change requests.
  • Contribute actively by sharing best practices and expertise related to the ServiceNow platform.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience within a professional services organization, or equivalent educational background/experience
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Capability to travel up to 80%
  • Ability to showcase creativity while independently managing programs amidst a fast-paced environment
  • A track record of resolving complex issues through analysis and solutions
  • ServiceNow certifications related to workflow alignment
  • Domain expertise in the industry
  • Experience leading architecture and design for large-scale projects
  • Background in enterprise architecture
  • Familiarity with cloud application technology
