Job Description

At Zendesk, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This role involves managing opportunities within a specific territory, including prospecting for new business, upselling, and cross-selling to our existing client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed quarterly activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
  • Consistently generate new business and upsell opportunities
  • Become a product expert and conduct presentations and demos
  • Develop and nurture relationships with clients
  • Demonstrate value to key partners in various sales cycles
  • Effectively manage customer details and forecasting in Salesforce
Requirements:
  • Experience selling to director/VP level leaders
  • Minimum 6 years of software sales experience with a preference for SaaS
  • 2+ years of outbound prospecting experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Success in selling to Commercial companies
  • Technical proficiency and understanding of related technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment, energy, and a positive attitude are essential for success
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Location:

This position requires physical presence in Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
