Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division as Production Supervisor II at Reynosa Plant
Responsibilities
- Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity
- Knowledge of automotive quality and processes.
- Production scheduling and monitoring (lines)
- Production KPI monitoring and compliance (efectivity, productivity)
- Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
- Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to sentior managers
- Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Desirable Profesionnal
- Desirable Automotive experience
- +3 years of experience in Production Process -
- Basic Knowledge in Quality Systems, IATF, 5's, ISO 14001 y 45001 and Industrial Security concepts.
- Communication at all levels
- Leadership skills
- Positive attitude
