Technical Support Engineer

This role is designed as an 'Onsite' position with the expectation that you will mainly work from an HPE partner/customer office.

Job Description:

Technical Support Engineer

On-site consultancy and proactive services for the NonStop platform

How you can excel:

  • Conduct hardware configurations, troubleshoot issues, monitor and test performance
  • Undertake server maintenance, diagnose incidents, with a focus on the HPE NonStop system
  • Deliver customer service with professionalism
  • Collaborate within a team, maintaining strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Prepare reports regarding managed cases

About you:

  • Hold a university or technical degree
  • 1 - 3 years of technical background
  • Available for shift rotations (24/7) and on-site work
  • Proficient in hardware, especially servers
  • Understanding of operating systems and server architecture
  • Advanced proficiency in English
  • Customer service aptitude
  • Preferable experience in server diagnosis and troubleshooting
