Nexaminds is looking a highly skilled and experienced UI/UX Designer / Developer IV to join our modernization team with our valued client, a Fortune 100 company with over 9,000 employees. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing and developing user interfaces that are visually appealing, highly functional, and user-friendly. You will work closely withproduct owners, and developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality UI designs and implementations that meet user needs and business goals.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI design and front-end development, preferably within a software development environment.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to optimize code products for user experience.
- Develop and implement high-quality user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
- Work with development teams to ensure adherence to design principles and style standards.
- Extend and enhance existing design standards to improve the user interface and experience.
- Publish and maintain comprehensive design standards and documentation in the Design System.
- Conduct user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of design output.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate them into our design process.
