Job OverviewLos equipos de manufactura/producción de TE Connectivity transforman las materias primas en productos terminados y garantizan el flujo de componentes. Realizan cambios y configuraciones de acuerdo con el programa de producción, realizan controles de calidad de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos y documentan los resultados según lo exigen nuestros procedimientos de calidad. Cada miembro del equipo es responsable de mantener el orden y la organización del área de trabajo, así como de seguir las políticas y procedimientos de EH&S de TE Connectivity.
What your background should look like:Responsabilidades y autoridad:
- Responsable del seguimiento de nómina del personal a su cargo.
- Responsable de supervisar todas las actividades de los líderes de grupo a su cargo.
- Responsable de elaborar reportes al inicio y final del turno.
- Responsable del seguimiento de 5S ́S.
- Responsable de solicitar capacitación o entrenamiento para sus líderes de grupo.
- Responsable de participar en proyectos motivacionales enfocados a mejorar la producción.
- Responsable de dar seguimiento a la rotación y al ausentismo en su área.
- Responsable de mantener constante comunicación con su personal para la revisión de objetivos establecidos por el
- departamento.
- Responsable del cumplimiento del programa de producción
- Tiene cierta autoridad para decisión de su personal como contrataciones, desempeño y acciones disciplinarias.
- Autoridad para detener un proceso en el cual existe la posibilidad de dañar al medio ambiente o/y que este fuera del
- cumplimiento legal ambiental.
- Autoridad para determinar los aspectos e impactos ambientales de sus actividades y de su personal, así como productos
- que puede controlar e influir.
- Autoridad para aprobar la competencia necesaria de las personas que realizan trabajos bajo su control que afecte a su
- desempeño ambiental.
Requerimientos:
- Ingeniero industrial o carrera afín.
- 5 años de experiencia preferente
- Manejo de personal
- Experiencia con personal sindicalizado
- Manejo de paquetería office.
- Ingles Básico
- Conocimientos Cómputo-SAP
- Comunicación efectiva y manejo de personal
- TRESS
- Conocimiento de KPIs
- Mentoría
- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001
- Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad y sistema de gestión ambiental que aplica a la
- compañía.
