Position: Sales Business Development

Responsibilities:

  • Developing sales in major metropolitan areas of the United States.
  • Knowledgeable in CRM systems and ability to utilize them effectively.
  • Creating strong relationships with leaders in the real estate industry.
  • Performing market research and converting it into sales.
  • Creating and managing the sales cycle.
  • Planning and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Answering potential clients' questions over the phone and email.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in English 100%.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
