Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in either a Software Development Engineer or (SDET) Software Development Engineer in Test role. Must have an understanding and ability to develop code in Java.
• 5+ years Product Lifecycle delivery, Digital/Web experiences
• Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to analyze complex problems in large systems.
• Experience with Test processes, open-source test frameworks, test design strategies, writing test cases, and automating tests in Java with frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber is preferred.
• Experience working with high volume end-user facing systems
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong experience in SDET - assist with the design, development, testing and fixing of a new or updated program.
• Understanding the flow of code and how it interacts with different components.
• Excellent designing and programming skills.
• Strong understanding of backend and service/API testing
• Experience with several of the following: Shell, Bash/C Shell Scripting, PHP, Python, Java, JavaScript, SQL, MongoDB
• Strong experience with web application testing tools.
• · Strong experience with Linux
• · Experience with performance testing and benchmarking
• · Excellent communication skills with emphasis on writing clear technical documents
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with the digital, ad tech and web content industries
• Familiarity with high availability, high performance, and service-oriented architecture principles
• ·Experience working with remote teams & global resource partners/teammates.
