Requisitos

  • Ingeniero de Sistemas, Ciencias de Computación, Electrónica o Afines
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en Cloud
  • Experiencia técnica en diseño de aquitecruas con servicios AWS
  • Experiencia elaboración de planes y estrategias comerciales con partners

Responsabilidades

  • Acompañamiento técnico al equipo comercial y partners.
  • Diseño de arquitecturas seguras y escalables con Servicios AWS
  • Manejo de la Consola y calculadora de AWS (Preguntas generales, soporte técnico, si soporte operativo)
  • Fesh desk, cloudchekr y service Now (procesos internos de Ingram Micro)
  • Elaborar plan de progresión técnica de partners para su desarrollo y certificación
  • Impartir seminarios web técnicos y días de inmersión
  • Elaborar y revisar documentación técnica
  • Programas de diferenciación (SDP, Competencias, FTR)
  • Conducir proceso de MAP y OLA de AWS
  • Demo y soporte de CloudCheck
  • Configurar cuentas nuevas
  • Llamadas técnicas, presentaciones a Partners y Clientes finales
  • Realización del proceso de entrada y salida de cuentas en el programa de distribución
