El Professional Service - LIS Communication specialist IT es un Ingeniero altamente calificado que posee una sólida formación en redes, con experiencia comprobada en el desarrollo y manejo de interfaces entre hardware y software específicamente en el sector de laboratorios clínicos.

Como candidato deberás demostrar habilidades técnicas avanzadas para diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones que mejoren la eficiencia y la precisión de los procesos en laboratorios clínicos, asegurando la compatibilidad y la funcionalidad óptima entre los dispositivos de laboratorio y los sistemas de información.

Eres capaz de innovar y aplicar tus conocimientos técnicos para resolver problemas complejos, garantizando la seguridad y la integridad de los datos en un entorno regulado por estrictas normas de salud. Esta posición colabora con áreas de Roche Diagnóstica México Customer Support Chapter y organización Roche Diagnóstica (Chapters, Squads and Networks), CEAC. Colabora con Hospitales, Laboratorios Clínicos, Distribuidores, Integradores, Proveedores Externos.

La Oportunidad

Ingeniero en Redes con Experiencia en Interfaces Hardware-Software y ciberseguridad para Laboratorios Clínicos.

  • Conocimiento de Redes y Comunicaciones:
    • Dominio de protocolos de red como TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, y HTTP/S.
    • Experiencia con configuración y gestión de routers, switches y firewalls.
    • Conocimientos en seguridad de redes y medidas de protección de datos.
  • Integración de Sistemas Hardware-Software:
    • Experiencia práctica en la configuración y el mantenimiento de hardware de laboratorio, como analizadores y otros dispositivos médicos.
    • Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas de interfaces entre dispositivos de laboratorio y sistemas informáticos.
    • Entendimiento de los estándares de transmisión y almacenamiento de datos clínicos.
  • Normativa y Regulaciones del Sector Salud:
    • Familiaridad con estándares específicos de la industria, como HL7 para el intercambio de información de salud electrónica.
    • Conocimiento en protocolos de información , HL7, ASTM
  • Gestión de Proyectos y Colaboración Interdisciplinaria:
    • Habilidades de gestión de proyectos para liderar iniciativas de integración y actualización tecnológica.
    • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo con profesionales de IT y personal médico para garantizar que las soluciones tecnológicas cumplan con las necesidades clínicas y operativas.
  • Gestionar clientes, desde jefes de laboratorio Jefes de IT, Jefes de seguridad informática (CISO)
  • Escalar casos de segundo nivel con Global Customer support, CIR, dando seguimiento hasta su solución.
Perfil Indispensable
  • Tienes Cédula vigente y una Licenciatura en áreas de Ingeniera en sistemas, Ingeniería en sistemas computacionales, Ingeniería en informática, ingeniería en Tecnologías de la información, Ingenieria en Telecomunicaciones, o carreras afines.
  • Requerido a viajar 60%.
  • Mínimo 1 año como ingeniero en redes Ingeniero en soluciones digitales, Transformación digital, o empleos afines a las telecomunicaciones ( redes, Ciberseguridad). Laboratorio Clinico.
  • Conocimientos en Infraestructura, interfaces de sistemas. Conocimiento en Redes informáticas e interfaces entre sistemas analizadores.
  • Tienes un Ingles Intermedio.
  • Experiencia de dos o más años en el ámbito de la atención al cliente.
  • Tienes habilidades de toma de decisiones, trabajo en equipo,alto sentido de urgencia.
Perfil Deseable:
  • Conocimiento del proceso de laboratorio clínico, sistema de laboratorio clínico.
  • Infinity Service training.
  • Experiencia en interfaz de equipos analizadores de laboratorio Roche.
  • Conocimiento de ingeniería / Aplicaciones Analizadores Roche.
  • Conocimientos Avanzados en Ciberseguridad, PT/AV, Encriptación ,
  • Pensamiento estratégico, habilidades de resolución de problemas y analíticas para identificar correctamente los riesgos y resolver casos técnico científicos.
