LASR Driver IMO

PepsiCo Foods Canada has full-time openings in the Frito Lay Distribution Center for a LASR Driver. Flexibility in scheduling is a key requirement for this position. Under supervision, performs warehouse duties involved in preparing daily route trucks with accurate product selection following pre-printed pick sheets. Ability to deliver business results by meeting and exceeding target goals. Sort, tie and stack cardboard, as well as conduct physical inventories as required. Deployed on a day-to-day, routine basis against all facets of warehouse operations; in addition, incumbents must demonstrate high levels of performance against these tasks.

Responsibilities

What you'll be working on:

  • Conducting pre/post-trip truck inspections to ensure proper and safe handling conditions
  • Safely transporting product to and from a specified location, in a pre-determined sequence
  • Verifying order accuracy prior to delivery
  • Loading and unloading product to and from box trucks
  • Completing required paperwork (Daily driver logs, Signature of Receipts, etc.)
  • Verifying and retrieving all carton returns, product returns, and other return items
  • Interacting with customers, sales team, and warehouse personnel on a daily basis
  • Complying with all DOT and NSC regulations

Qualifications

Who's a good fit for the team:

  • Valid G Class Drivers License
  • Clean driver's abstract
  • Experience with a 5-ton vehicle considered an asset
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to complete routes safely in all weather conditions
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Finance Planning Analyst will play a key role in the LATAM's planning, reporting and control. This position is responsible for acting as a liaison between the Budgeteers / Category Owners, the suppliers and Accounts Payable when

processing purchase orders. This role will be responsible for performing the day-to-day creation of Purchase Orders for Advertising & Marketing categories. Also will be responsible for the creation of suppliers and new contracts process.

Your Impact

As Finance Planning Analyst your functions would consist of:
  • Complete daily processing of purchase orders, order changes and providing necessary information to stakeholders. This includes the duties of preparing and processing purchase orders, keeping records of purchases, keeping vendor information up to date, providing training on related applications and policies.
  • Process and setup all new vendors and update vendor contact and contract information.
  • Ensure effective communication between Buyers, vendors, and internal departments regarding order changes.
  • Once Purchase orders are created this role will follow up on receiving so the invoices can be paid and the goods or services will be recognized in the correct period
  • Monitor Purchase Orders and work with the stakeholders to create Purchase Orders and receipts timely.
  • Process, purchase orders, receipts and update information
  • Work with departments to obtain proper approval, research any discrepancies, etc.
  • Deliver an excellent service to clients according to SLA's.
  • Support our Procure to Pay process
  • Be fully conversant with new initiatives, continuous improvement and modern thinking in all matters relating to Advertising & Marketing to advise the manager.

Experience

  • Advanced Excel
  • 1-2 year experience in finance planning/related
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Ability to handle transactional (repetitive) work
