The IT Intern (Student) role is located at Guadalajara, North Campus.


Here's a preview of your responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support on global operations, assisting with collaboration platform tickets (e.g., Zoom, Teams)
  • Engage with various organizational levels to address IT network and cloud requests
  • Oversee operations and support for collaborative and productive environments
  • Assist in project execution and automation processes
  • Participate in Incident, Problem, and Change management procedures

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Fluent in English
  • Available to work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Basic familiarity with collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Zoom, Outlook) as a user
  • Scripting Knowledge is a plus
  • Database knowledge is a plus
  • Development skills are a plus
