About The Position

Handle customer inquiries for spare parts

  • Process and send customer quotes for spare parts using the ERP system or handle inquiries from online platforms
  • Address customer questions regarding spare parts pricing, availability, and orders
  • Follow up on customer quotes to boost sales
  • Place and confirm customer orders in the ERP system or manage web-based orders
  • Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and proactively manage backlogs
  • Coordinate logistics based on country-specific requirements and customer needs
  • Handle requests for spare part returns and related claims
  • Maintain customer data in the ERP system, assist with reports, and support customers with Single Sign-On
  • Address non-conformity issues and collaborate to enhance sales opportunities
Requirements

  • Solid background in trade, supply, industrial retail, especially in spare parts and logistics
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle pressure
  • Efficiently manage priorities and multiple customer demands
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP Systems, familiarity with SAP is a bonus
  • Certification in Logistics is advantageous
  • Familiarity with order management procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
