About The Role
As a member of our Accounting team, you will participate in a wide range of accounting activities, including month-end journal entries, bank reconciliations, detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, as well as assisting in the preparation and execution of month-end schedules and financial regulatory reports.
What You'll Be Doing At Albo
- Keep the record of income transactions.
- Electronic billing.
- Journal entries and classification of expenses.
- Fiscal accounting reconciliation and annual declaration.
- Presentation of monthly and annual declarations SAT.
- Informative reports, electronic accounting and DIOT.
- Integration and analysis of financial statements.
- Management of several entities and closing for consolidation.
- Attention to internal and external audits.
- Knowledge and application of tax issues.
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
- Integrate monthly work papers for auditing.
- Interaction and collaboration with other areas to request documentation and information.
- Participate in the monthly closing process and perform BS reconciliation and PL analysis to ensure the correctness of accounting records. Some manual entries and adjustments are required to be performed.
- Improvements in the accounting process and internal control of financial reporting are always encouraged.
- Complete different accounting compliance requirements including but not limited to E-accounting, statistic reports for central bank and different authorities.
About You And What Type Of Skills You'll Need
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- 5 years of experience as an Accountant.
- Domain of Excel and other MS tools.
- Extreme ownership: You hold yourself accountable to a high bar. You are supremely organized and you see what needs to happen in order to achieve goals.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or audit of personal loan, credit card, deposit and other financial business
- CPA accountant (qualified to sign financial statements).
- Solid understanding/experience with Mexico FRS and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive and focus on results.
- Ability to prioritize, while monitoring timeliness of completion and achievement of objectives.
