Responsibilities:
· Spearhead the management and implementation of Human Resources Policies, Procedures, Guidelines, and Tools for your designated mill.
· Collaborate with the Vice President of Human Resources to tailor organizational HR policies to the mill's specific context, ensuring they're both adequate and well-understood by staff.
· Conduct on-site employee training, facilitating the development and execution of suitable HR management responses, including plans and Standard Operating Procedures that align with Plymouth's policy and standards.
· Participate in departmental activities, aiming for continuous education, engagement in annual conferences, and research activities.
Requeriments:
Bachelor's degree required and HR certification preferred.
Manufacturing experience required.
5 years working in HR leadership role managing multiple sites, supporting a workforce of at least 100.
Strong employee engagement experience - *employee recognition, picnics, etc., training and development, recruitment and hiring experience on the resume.
