La misión del Especialista Legal es apoyar en temas legales a las diversas áreas del negocio, con foco en la administración, gestión y asesoría de documentación legal. Además de proporcionar asesoría legal y asistencia en asuntos comerciales.
La Oportunidad:- Contribuir a la preparación, revisión, redacción, negociación y supervisión de documentos y contratos. Coordinar y reunir los documentos contractuales para su ejecución, evaluando y mitigando riesgos contractuales.
- Ayudar a organizar la circulación de documentos para firmas y mantener y archivar todos los documentos legales.
- Responder a todas las consultas entrantes y solicitudes ad hoc, proporcionando asesoría legal a las diferentes funciones de la organización.
- Apoyar al equipo legal en proyectos especiales, estableciendo nuevas técnicas para garantizar que el equipo cumpla sus objetivos, demostrando experiencia en asuntos corporativos generales.
- Construir y mantener relaciones laborales sólidas con colegas de toda la empresa, trabajando para construir consenso y actuando como solucionador de problemas estratégico y socio colaborador.
- Tienes Licencia valida, un titulo en Derecho y un Ingles avanzado.
- Experiencia relevante, despacho de abogados, departamento jurídico corporativo, etc.
- Tienes de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión de contratos mercantiles con gran atención al detalle.
- Capacidad para trabajar sin supervisión, gestionar muchas tareas y establecer prioridades con excelentes habilidades de seguimiento y organización.
- Tienes fuertes habilidades analíticas, un mindset ágil, innovador, adaptable y colaborativo, centrado en el cliente, habilidades de manejo del tiempo.
- Tienes elevada motivación para trabajar bajo un esquema de marcos de trabajo ágiles. Experiencia con manejo de Docusign, OneDrive.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para explicar conceptos complejos o información sensible.
