Requisitos:

  • Lic en Relaciones Exteriores, Comercio Internacional, Comercio Exterior, Logistica, administración de empresas o carrera afín
  • Ingles intermedio avanzado
  • Conocimientos en Anexo 24, 30, administración y resguardo del archivo electrónico, operación aduanera IMMEX, Regulaciones en materia de comercio exterior, clasificación arancelaria, valoriacion y origen de mercancías, Incoterms, VUCEM.
  • 2 años de experiencia posicion similar
  • Disponibilidad de Horario

Funciones:

  • Llevar a cabo la administración y mantenimiento del Anexo 24
  • Generar la preparación de la información para las descargas en el Anexo 24
  • Ejecutar las descargas de saldos en el anexo 24, así como revisar los resultados y solventar todos los posibles detalles hasta que se mantenga de forma correcta.
  • Dar mantenimiento a los módulos de información del Anexo 24
  • Apoyar al área de Cumplimiento en la administración del Anexo 30 y en la generación cuando sea requerido de la creación de los archivos de descargo, así como la carga en el portal del SAT de los mismo en tiempo y forma.
  • Revisar que el equipo de operación realice en tiempo la apertura, cierre, revisión y pago de pedimentos de importación y exportación, consolidados e individuales, transferencias virtuales, y operaciones especiales con los agentes aduanales.
  • Generar los comparativos de Anexo 24 vs GLOSA Data Stage de forma mensual
  • Llevar a cabo el comparativo de Anexo 24 vs sistema de WMS de las estaciones para revisar las diferencias de Inventarios, analizarlas y solventarlas.
  • Vigilar que las operaciones de los socios comerciales IMMEX VMI, se lleven bajo un correcto cumplimiento aduanero y en base a los lineamientos y acuerdos entre CEVA y el socio comercial.
  • Revisar la correcta clasificación arancelaria de todos los materiales que se integren a las operaciones IMMEX de los clientes.
  • Revisar el correcto proceso de alta de números de parte en el Anexo 24
  • Dar seguimiento y notificar de todas las incidencias que surjan en las operaciones aduanales de CEVA.
  • Generar y mantener reportes necesarios de la operación IMMEX y métricos del área
  • Llevar a cabo el seguimiento y conclusión de las actividades dentro de los proyectos designados en IMMEX o en alguna otra área de la compañía.
  • Participar en las capacitaciones designadas en el área o por parte de la compañía.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos anuales
  • Notificar, coordinar y llevar a cabo las operaciones cuando sean necesarias y requeridas fuera de los horarios regulares de operación.
  • Generar, actualizar y/o modificar procedimientos escritos en base a los procesos actuales de operación.
  • Participar y generar reuniones de seguimiento de Operaciones aduanales y de mejoras a los procesos de la compañía.
  • Llevar a cabo la comunicación efectiva con todos sus proveedores y clientes internos y externos
