Key responsibilities

Desarrollar, implementar y evaluar programas de salud.

Servir como enlace entre los profesionales de la salud, el personal de gestión, los proveedores de atención médica y el trabajador.

Diseñar y ejecutar programas de salud y bienestar de los empleados utilizando conocimientos técnicos y capacitación.

Colaborar con todo el equipo de salud ocupacional en los principales programas de servicio restrictivo y tiempo perdido.

Proporcionar mantenimiento de registros requerido por el gobierno y mantenimiento de registros médicos.

Analizar los resultados, supervisar gastos e implemente acciones de ahorro de costos para mejorar los resultados financieros.

Atender riegos de trabajo, manejo de ST-7, ST-9 y ST-2


Qualifications and skills

Licenciatura de Médico Cirujano - con cédula profesional

Experiencia con aplicaciones de correo electrónico, procesamiento de textos y hojas de cálculo

Habilidades confirmadas de liderazgo y resolución de conflictos

Mínimo dos años de experiencia laboral relacionada a plantas de manufactura y salud en el trabajo
