¿Qué perfiles buscamos?
Queremos a alguien tan único/a como un pez payaso en el océano.
- Experiencia laboral mínima de 3 años en el área de Customer Service en líneas navieras
- Conocimiento de manejo de la operación de carga refrigerada
- Licenciatura en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o a fin
- Inglés intermedio conversacional
- Atención al detalle
- Analitico
- Comunicación asertiva
- Proactivo

¿Qué realizarás en tu día a día?
- Enviar información detallada a los clientes para la liberación de sus embarques, así como resolver inconvenientes que se presenten en las mismas.
- Ingresar los documentos y liberaciones en el sistema.
- Alimentar el sistema de la línea para el cierre de servicios concluidos.
- Ingresar la información de los servicios terrestres realizados, para el cobro y elaboración de las facturas correspondientes.
- Coordinar los contenedores de transbordo.
- Participar en proyectos emocionantes que desafían los límites.
