What Does a BPO Operations Manager Do?
  • As a BPO Operations Manager at TaskUs, envision yourself as a department leader specializing in Customer Care, ensuring top-notch employee performance.

Requirements to Join the BPO Operations Manager Team:
  • Seeking individuals with a minimum of two years of managerial experience in CALL CENTER or BPO, preferably in customer experience operations and management.
  • We are looking for someone responsible, with a strong track record of meeting targets and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, adaptability to fast-paced environments, exceptional leadership, and analytical proficiency are essential.
