We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Platform Owner (Vendor Mgmt for Printers/Fax Machine/Scanners)

What you'll do:

Contract and Vendor Management: Oversee and manage thousands of global contracts with various vendors to ensure compliance and service quality.

Negotiate terms and manage relationships with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and efficient print services.

Business Continuity and Critical Support:Ensure continuous operation of print services critical to business processes in manufacturing sites and office settings.

Develop and implement robust contingency plans to maintain service during disruptions.

Platform Unification and Optimization:Lead the global unification of print, scan, and fax platforms to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

-Drive initiatives to enhance user experience and operational efficiency across all printing services.

Cost Management and Reduction: Implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.

-Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and operational goals.

Preferred experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Extensive experience in managing large-scale global contracts and vendor relationships.

Proven ability in maintaining business continuity and critical systems, especially in manufacturing and office environments.

Strong leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Advanced English
