Responsabilidades primarias:
- Trabaje con el proveedor de nómina y el equipo local para garantizar que la nómina se procese de manera oportuna y precisa.
- Elaboración de informes de información de gestión.
- Actualizar registros de nómina como nuevas contrataciones, despidos y cambios de salario, licencias.
- Calcular pagos retroactivos y de vacaciones.
- Auditar y validar sistemas y datos de cronometraje.
- Realizar auditorías y conciliaciones periódicas de las hojas de horas.
- Análisis de causa raíz de posibles errores incluyendo acciones constructivas y de prevención.
- Ayudar con auditorías internas o externas y otras auditorías requeridas reglamentariamente.
- Responder a consultas relacionadas con la nómina de los empleados y RR.HH.
¿Qué necesitas para el Puesto?
- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Contabilidad o carrera afín
- 1-2 años de experiencia relacionada en Nómina, Contabilidad o Cuentas por pagar
- Conocimiento de descuentos IMSS e Impuestos.
- Nivel ingles intermedio
- Excel avanzado (macros)
- Capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad con información sensible.
- Gestión SAP (deseable)
- Gestión de herramientas de Google (deseable)
