Network Reliability Engineering

The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and technical understanding of network operations. You must demonstrate expertise in team collaboration for network support and issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Meet set delivery targets
- Ensure delivery surpasses SLA levels
- Enhance network user experience
- Diagnose and fix network faults promptly
- Monitor and address network events
- Track and resolve incidents within SLA
- Utilize ITIL for Change and Incident management
- Collaborate with onsite engineers and ISPs for network troubleshooting
- Present network reports for management meetings
- Implement changes post approvals
Mandatory Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required, MS or MBA preferred
- 1-3 years' experience in Network Operations and Troubleshooting
- 1-3 years' experience with Cisco routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, and Proxies
Skills
- LAN/Switching: Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switches
- Routing: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, Cisco ISR/ASR routers
- Security: ASA, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco ZBF, Zscaler
- Load balancer: Netscaler/F5
- Tools: Netbrain, Solarwinds, Splunk, Kiwi
- Excellent communication skills
- Rotational shift work
Preferred Skills
- Strong routing knowledge and Firewall experience
- Scripting language familiarity (Python, Perl, TCL)
- Network Automation understanding
- Ticketing system proficiency (Remedy, SNOW)
- CCNA certification required
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or related field
- Office presence 3 days a week
