Participar en proyectos empresariales patrocinado como plomo GT, encargada de:

Asegurar la participación de GT a niveles apropiados de modelo de gestión del proyecto;

Comprensión del alcance del proyecto y la comunicación de tales funciones GT apropiados;

Entrega de los requisitos de cumplimiento de GT, con la ayuda de otros expertos en la materia GT tema;

Revisar y aprobar el diseño de TI que cumplen los requisitos reglamentarios;

Desarrollar y presentar Usuario plan y escenarios de prueba de aceptación del GT;

Trabajar con GT expertos en la materia y el personal de operaciones para definir los casos de prueba y llevar a cabo las pruebas;

Participación en movimiento a las actividades de producción y de aplicación;

Revisar y aprobar cada fase del proyecto;

La escalada de los problemas del proyecto de GT partes interesadas (es decir, el alcance cronograma, recursos, etc ...);

Mantener los datos del proyecto en GT PoA Tracker, incluyendo, la utilización de recursos (datos reales), incluyendo el uso de recursos, determinar si es dentro de la esfera de GT o fuera de ella, Mitigación de Riesgos Referenciar

Coordinar y participar en el desarrollo de cambios en el proceso de GT y de la documentación y la formación asociada (incluye la entrega de la Gestión del Cambio GT)

Gestión de informes sobre la situación y los problemas (Entregar Dashboard GT) proyecto

  • Participar en proyectos empresariales patrocinado como GT Supervisión, responsable de:
o Apoyar proyectos no PMO GT en la comprensión y la adhesión a SDLC / requisitos del proceso / metodología y agilización de documentación

o Desarrollar GTS solicitudes de cambio de asignación de R / 3 realizado por el analista de negocios - Ayudar líder del proyecto en el desarrollo del plan de pruebas y escenarios de prueba

o Ayudar líder del proyecto en el desarrollo de la documentación del proceso (metodología)

o Ayudar líder del proyecto en el proceso de implementación

o Garantizar la coherencia de la solución y la aplicación a través de implementaciones de soluciones

o Ser la vía de escalamiento a nivel corporativo para todas las cuestiones hito alcance GT y proyectos

o Supervisar el mantenimiento GT de plomo de los datos del proyecto en GT PoA Tracker, incluyendo, la utilización de recursos (datos reales), artículos de De-alcance / ONU-alcance, Mitigación de Riesgos Referenciar

  • Proporcionar apoyo como PMO PYME a proyectos que se están liderados por potenciales GT. El apoyo puede extenderse a estar asistencia región cruz en la participación del equipo (reuniones) y podría incluir asistencia en participar en todas las fases de un proyecto y de todas las prestaciones que normalmente se asocian con plomo PMO Proyecto. El soporte está en una "Conforme a lo solicitado" y un "manejo aprobado" la base, incluyendo roles específicos / responsabilidades que asumirá Apoyo PYME.
  • Conducir y participar en actividades de mejora continua - Conducir Eficiencia, Calidad y Eficacia
  • Contenido de apoyo director / propietario en la implementación de los cambios regulatorios a través de la prestación de asesoramiento técnico, recomendaciones y soluciones (cuando sea posible / disponible) dentro de las soluciones de HP (por ejemplo, SAP GTS)
  • Capaz de dirigir las interacciones con otros equipos de GT, otras áreas funcionales o unidades de negocio.
