Role Summary

Join the HP Digital Go-To-Market team as an Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in evaluating key performance indicators and uncovering strategic growth opportunities. Your tasks will involve analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and financial insights to shape our global business strategies. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze global ecommerce trends and competitive landscapes to pinpoint growth prospects and obstacles
  • Monitor business performance, detect areas for enhancement, and propose actionable solutions
  • Deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to convey insights and suggestions to senior leadership
  • Consult with business leaders on strategy-related issues and projects
  • Utilize data analysis and market research to generate strategic insights
  • Develop and track performance metrics to measure strategy effectiveness
  • Stay updated on emerging trends to keep HP ahead in the industry

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong technical skills to solve business challenges with a detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Effective collaboration skills with virtual teams
  • Capability to create executive presentations using PowerPoint

Desired Knowledge/Skills

  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Databases, and analytics tools
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce, Digital Marketing, and advanced analytics
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong grasp of key Financial metrics

Education/Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in data analysis, finance, or related fields
