The Opportunity

  • The Supply Chain Analyst will oversee the efficient order review process for the Warehouse Delivered network and other distribution centers, aligning available finished goods with active customer orders.
  • The Supply Chain Analyst will assess customer orders to ensure shipping requirements are met, managing order releases through Spotlight or SAP. Orders not meeting requirements are kept on hold until compliance is achieved, with a focus on delivering top-notch customer service and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Your Impact

As a Supply Chain Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Sales Orders (SO's) in internal data platform and/or SAP system.
  • Utilizing precut report for short orders and items to identify recovery solutions, sharing information with customer service for action.
  • Proactively addressing customer service and planners' requests on cuts, resolving order and inventory issues within designated authority.
  • Keeping PepsiCo Order Processing Coordinator and US Recovery Processor team updated on potential issues requiring further attention.

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • BA/BS degree with background in Order Management, Inventory Replenishment, Demand/Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, or Supply Chain.

Experience

  • Proficiency in Written & Spoken English
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Quick learning ability for SAP and Power BI
