Integrated Business Solution Senior Analyst

Description

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle financial records, conduct financial analysis, ensure compliance with accounting principles, engage in various end-to-end initiatives and special projects concerning the Financial Global Operations group, and drive process enhancements. This role collaborates with both local and remote business leaders to shape strategic decisions, performs intricate financial analysis to meet objectives efficiently, represents the business unit and organization when necessary, fosters strong relationships, and mentors junior employees.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and provides accounting expertise to project teams
  • Acts as an expert guiding process improvements and establishing policies
  • Collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making
  • Performs complex financial analysis
  • Leads business initiatives and oversees analysts in finance sub-functions
  • Forecasts financial results and identifies process improvement opportunities
  • Analyzes operational reports and suggests actions for enhancement
  • Represents the regional team in planning processes and reviews
  • Represents the organization to external customers
  • Mentors lower-level employees

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline
  • 7-10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, or accounting

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
