Acerca de la posición

Como analista de marketing, serás responsable de manejar bases de datos y de información para elaborar análisis de mercado, estadísticos, crear modelos matemáticos para la toma de decisiones, analizarás, ventas, datos de mercado, precios para generar análisis y recomendaciones para incrementar el volumen de ventas y la participación de mercado. Tu destreza analítica agregará mucho valor a medida que uses los datos para hacer diagnósticos profundos que se traduzcan en recomendaciones claras y contundentes. Adicional el apoyo administrativo dentro del área de Marketing será fundamental y podrás aportar en el control de los presupuestos y control de proveedores.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Generar bases de datos automatizadas para la creación de reportes y dashboards.
  • Realizar análisis y presentarlos a los respectivos responsables para la toma de decisiones.
  • Control de presupuesto y elaboración de procesos administrativos con terceros.
  • Apoyar la planificación y ejecución de campañas y eventos de marketing.·
  • Conectar la información interna con información de Planes de Medios y Performance Digital.
  • Cálculo de Post Mortems y ROI.
  • Ayudar en el mantenimiento de bases de datos de marketing y sistemas CRM.
  • Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al departamento de marketing según sea necesario.

¿Qué se necesita para tener éxito en este rol?

  • Licenciatura: Economía, Actuaría, Ingeniería o Finanzas.·
  • Inglés Intermedio/Avanzado.·
  • Excelente manejo de Excel Avanzado & Power Point (Plataformas como Power BI).·
  • Agilidad de aprendizaje y adaptación al cambio.·
  • Proactividad y Anticipación.
