POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs are more than just about giving guests a clean room and a freshly made bed. Instead, we aim to create an experience that is remarkable and distinctive.

Our Guest Environment Experts are proficient in various housekeeping tasks with the duty of preserving the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel.

They have the autonomy to navigate their space and accomplish necessary tasks.

Whether fulfilling guest requests, restocking carts, tidying up rooms and public areas, or other similar duties, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that the hotel spaces contribute to a superior guest experience.

Irrespective of the position you hold, there are key elements crucial for success - guaranteeing a secure work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, preserving confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring that your uniform, personal presentation, and interactions are professional.

Guest Environment Experts will be physically active (stand, sit, or walk for extended periods) and take a hands-on approach to tasks (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted).

Executing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable job duties required) is vital for Guest Environment Experts - to consistently meet the expectations of our guests and maintain the success of our business.



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
No High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No related work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience.

License or Certification:
None
