TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.

Requisitos:


• 1 - 3 años de experiencia en Recursos Humanos (relaciones laborales).

• Inglés intermedio deseable.

• Conocimiento de sistema Tress/Workday.

• Experiencia en reclutamiento (deseable).

• Microsoft Office intermedio: Excel.

• Comunicación y desarrollo organizacional.

Funciones / Responsabilidades:


• Atencion a dudas del personal, recorridos diarios en piso de produccion y atencion a Tiers de producción.

• Altas en sistema TRESS y base de datos de compañía de tercerización.

• Coordinación con la compañía de tercerización para la Elaboración, Entrega y Renovaciones de contrato al personal que califique.

• Coordinación con la compañía de tercerización para la entrega y administracion del Seguro de Vida y Gastos Medicos Mayores.

• Responsable del calendario, presupuesto y coordinacion de la ejecucion eventos corporativos, deportivos, sociales o culturales.
